Animal Protection in the Constitution of Georgia

Authority Provision 
Chapter II: Georgian Citizenship, Basic Rights and Freedoms of Individuals, Article 37 The Constitution provides that “ [w]ith the view of ensuring safe environment, in accordance with ecological and economic interests of society, with due regard to the interests of the current and future generations the state shall guarantee the protection of environment and the rational use of nature.”
