Advocacy Coalitions and Alliances
WAN works with of a number of NGO advocacy coalitions and alliances in order to strengthen animal welfare and wildlife policy. These include:

- Fur Free Alliance (FFA)
- DierenCoalitie – the Netherlands
- National Council for Animal Protection (NCAP)
- The Pan African Animal Welfare Alliance (PAAWA)
- Federation of Indian Animal Protection Organizations (FIAPO)
- International Coalition for Animal Welfare (ICFAW)
